The Market Hall was built by the Municipality of Perugia at the beginning of the 30s of the last century to give a placement suited to the food market. The main idea of the project is the functional recovery combining its valence of “attractor commercial” with the cultural and social scope. An innovative “agribusiness hub”, in which it will co‐exist production, trade, and more generally the dissemination of artisan culture and Umbrian and Italian industry.
